This tutorial is intended to guide you through the process of
stripping your X Box down to its component parts. As with any electrical
device make sure that you have it removed from the power source and take the
proper anti static precautions. Its also worth remembering the opening
your console WILL invalidate your manufacturers warranty.

Step 1 - Getting inside
When you look at the
bottom of your Xbox you will realise that there are no screws visible, that's
because MS have hidden them.
You will find the 6
hidden screws in the following positions:
1 under each rubber
pad - you will have to peel these rubber pads off to get at them - and 2 under
the stickers.
So unscrew these
using a Torx 20 screw driver and lift the top off your Xbox.
