If you have placed your order on-line, we will quickly send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order. The email confirmation will be produced automatically so that you have confirmation of your order details. The fact that you receive an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we will be able to meet your order. If you have ordered a Console Repair you will receive a second Order Conformation, normally within 2 days. This is manually generated to ensure that we have all the details required and to help avoid consoles queuing in the workshop. PLEASE DO NOT MAKE ANY PAYMENTS, OR SEND ANY CONSOLES TO US UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR SECOND ORDER CONFORMATION FROM OUR OFFICE. We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time and return any money paid to us in full.
Prices. The prices displayed on our web site are in British pounds (£) but you may use our "currency converter" to estimate the price of goods in other currencies. The "currency converter" is only a guide and does not accurately reflect current exchange rates. We try to make sure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the price before we process your order. We aim only to display items which are in stock and which can be dispatched to you quickly. If we are unable to supply a particular item which you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this happens, you may cancel your order and we will refund you any money which you have paid.
Payment. You can pay for your goods by Cash, Postal Order, Nochex, Switch, Visa, Master Card, Cheque, or Bank Transfer. We accept no responsibility for any payment which has been lost in the post. If we do not receive payment, we are unable to send the goods. We recommend the you use recorded delivery to safe guard yourself if paying by cash If we do not receive your payment for good which have been ordered within 14 days, then we will put these goods back into stock and your order will expire. We operate a Pre Authorisation system for all card payments. Although you may have already entered your credit card details, we have 5 days in which to take payment. We normally take payment on the day of dispatch though depending on your order we may need to take the full payment before we have the goods ready for dispatch. If this is the case you will be notified before we processed.
Delivery. We can deliver goods to destinations within and outside the UK. All goods must be paid for in full before Dispatch. Cheques take 5 working days to clear and Bank Transfers take 3 to 4 working days depending on the banks. We aim to deliver goods to destinations in the UK within 7 days in most circumstances. We will make every effort to deliver goods in good time, but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. Standard Delivery is free for all UK orders and can range from first class post to 4 to 5 day Parcel Force depending on the goods. Recorded, Next Day, DHL, and 48 hour delivery services require a signature upon receipt of the goods. Next Day Delivery does not necessary mean that you will receive the goods the day after you place an order. This is simply the delivery method we will use when we have your goods ready to dispatch.
Our Responsibility. We will not be responsible for any losses resulting from your use or the inability to use our website or resulting from unauthorized access to, or alteration of your transmissions or data in circumstances which are beyond our control. We will not be responsible for your loss of profits, wasted expenditure, corruption or destruction of data or any other loss which does not directly result from something we have done wrong. We make no promise that our website will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, the shopping online service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not responsible to you if we are unable to provide our Internet services for any reason beyond our control. We do not ship untested modification chips. Every chip is verified. For orders below 10 chips, each chip is tested on a custom modified console before it is shipped to a customer.We provide detailed information and guidelines for you to install your Modchip. Make sure you follow the instructions provided prior to installing the chip. If for any reason you encounter difficulty, we will do our best to help you. We stand 100% behind the quality of the chip itself, but we will not be responsible for modifications performed by persons other than us. If we perform a professional installation, we will be fully responsible for your PlayStation, if we damage it, we will repair it perfectly or replace it. If you damage your PlayStation, you are responsible for the damage.
Warranty. Each Mod Chip is guaranteed against defects and errors for so long as you own it. If in the unlikely event, a problem occurs, contact us, and upon receipt and examination of the chip, we will replace it free of charge. Each Mod Chip is guaranteed against accidental damage during installation. If the Mod Chip is damaged during installation contact us, and upon receipt and examination of the chip, we will replace it free of charge.(8 wire pic chips only) Pre Chipped Consoles and Repairs are guaranteed against defects and errors in workmanship for a period of 3 months from the date of dispatch. If in the unlikely event, a problem occurs, contact us, and upon receipt and examination of the console, we will either repair, or replace the console with either a new or refurbished console as we see fit. The only charge we will make will be for postage and packaging, which shall be at current rates. Accidental damage is not covered by our warranty. We reserve the right to withdraw our warranty if we receive any console which we believe to be previously opened and interfered with. We can guarantee our own work on untampered consoles; however we have no way of knowing what has been done to the console before we receive it, if it has been previously been opened.
General. We will use the information which you provide and the records of items you buy to constantly monitor and improve our service and for marketing purposes only. We will not pass any of your details to any other organisation. We may change or withdraw any part of our website, or may refuse you access to the website at any time if we consider it necessary. All errors and omissions are accepted. Pictures used in the Order Pages are for indication purposes only. Some goods may differ from those which are show.
